Sacramento, CA (April 2023) – The Sacramento Association of REALTORS® is proud to host “Find Your Path to Homeownership,” a community-focused First-time Homebuyer Expo. This event will take place Saturday, April 8th from 10am – 2pm at the Mack Powell Event Center (2003 Howe Avenue, 95825).
The Expo will focus on how prospective homebuyers can prepare themselves to begin their journey towards homeownership. “The ever-changing real estate market is difficult to navigate, and this expo is designed to give Community Members leg-up on the homebuying process,” says Cherie Hunt, 2023 SAR President.
“Our Committee is proud to offer the Community a venue where they can learn how to prepare themselves to become future homeowners,” says Malyna Phan, Chair of the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Fair Housing Committee. “We will cover financial literacy, important steps to take, and what Down Payment Assistance programs are currently available to buyers.
