Sacramento, CA – The Sacramento Association of REALTORS® (SAR) is proud to host the DEI&FH First-Time Homebuyer Expo on Saturday, April 6, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Mack Powell Event Center. This free, community-focused event aims to break down barriers to homeownership by equipping aspiring homeowners with critical knowledge, tools, and resources.
Back by popular demand, the Expo is a collaborative effort from SAR’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Fair Housing Committee. With a strong commitment to fostering equal opportunities in housing, the committee has curated a powerful lineup of expert-led panels, one-on-one guidance opportunities, and booths featuring housing counselors, lenders, down payment assistance programs, and more.
