Thank you for your interest in hosting an event on behalf the Association and its Foundation. Events should be submitted at least 4 months from the anticipated event date. Below are the steps in getting the Event approved.
1. Complete the application below as much as possible. Omission of any information could cause your approval to be delayed by at least one month.
2. The responsible parties on the application will be invited to attend the next SPF Committee meeting to present their proposal and be available for questions.
3. The SPF Committee will either approve the proposal as presented or it may be sent back to the committee/group proposing the event for additional research and information.
4. If approved by SPF, responsible party will be invited to attend the next SAR Board of Directors meeting to present their proposal and be available for questions. SAR BOD may vote to approve the event at this meeting.
