This Zoom-only class presented by the Pacific Southwest Association of REALTORS® is offered to agents and brokers who are members of any California REALTOR® association. Join a two-hour walk-through of the CAR Forms finalized version & language with us so you can hit the ground running on the release day! On June 25th, the revised versions of the settlement-related forms will be released. Listing and Buyer Representation Agreements now feature a robust grid format like RPA.
- We will dive into the new grid format in our Residential Listing Agreement, and the latest Open House Buyer Representation forms.
- Soon, a buyer’s agent must have a signed Buyer Representation Agreement before showing a property. Learn the form now so you will be ready when the rules change. We will also review the revised SPBB & CBC so you will know how to document Buyer Broker compensation.
- We will also review the temporary listing and buyer representation modification forms so older agreements can be modified to reflect the newer practices in the field.
