MetroList: Realist Workshop – Property Reports and Marketing

This Hands-On Session will provide you with information on our statewide property tax record database, Realist. Within this session you will learn the various ways to access Realist, how to navigate your homepage, utilize basic searching functions, review search results, and utilize the grid and address labels. You will learn how to create and customize your Realist searches, generate Property Detail Reports, get the most out of the map tools, AND how to set up your preferences.
