Meet Our Panelists
Tuan Tran
Tuan Tran has been in the real estate sector for over 19 years. He started out as a residential real estate agent at a reputable brokerage that manages over 54 agents. Advancing in the real estate ladder, he ventured out and started 3T Homes, Inc in 2012 that focuses on real estate, investment and development where he oversees different investment projects such as fix and flip, long term rental, and small ground up construction projects.
He is also broker of record for 3T Homes, Inc on the residential brokerage side who manage many producing agents under the company. Tuan recently co- ventured with other successful partners for the real estate syndication market. Tuan enjoys the great outdoors with his 3 sons who are triplet, and live a humble life in a small city, Elk Grove CA.
Taylor Scigliano
Partnering with Michael Soares, Taylor has incorporated his vast knowledge of more than 20 years of the Sacramento to the area to grow MSRE. Taylor has used his strong interpersonal communication skills to develop deep connections with people in virtually every Natomas neighborhood.
As the area has grown to 100,000 residents across 13,000 acres, it’s great to know that he can help you navigate every square inch of the community! Taylor has an absolutely tireless work ethic and an uncanny talent for making the home buying experience fun, efficient, and memorable. Rachael Bauer

Chanel Stafford
Chanel is a Sacramento native who is proud of her hometown with its unmatched weather, diversity and contemporary culture. After graduating from Christian Brothers High School, Chanel attended Howard University where she completed a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance.
With over seventeen years working as a pharmaceutical sales representative, Chanel’s experience allowed her to seamlessly transition to the real estate industry. Her previous career provided her the opportunity to fully develop excellent communication and negotiation skills while maintaining a high level of integrity. She approaches each client’s real estate needs with the same commitment and tenacity as she did with her medical providers.

As a new empty nester, Chanel lives in Sacramento with her husband Brian, and maltipoo Onyx. Her daughter, Alana recently graduated from Howard University and bonus daughter Sydney attends U.C. Santa Cruz.
