Masters Club GOLF TOURNAMENT

Save the Date! On Monday, October 14th, 2024, Top producing REALTORS® and industry professionals will gather for the Sacramento Association of REALTORS® most coveted annual sporting event! This exciting day consists of networking and fun, all while benefiting two amazing local charities.

This event will be held at the beautiful North Ridge Country Club in Fair Oaks. We invite you to join in the festivities while helping us raise funds for this year’s chosen charities; Stanford Settlement Neighborhood Center and Sacramento Crisis Home Nursery Program.

This year’s theme is CaddyShack! The perfect excuse to wear the best plaid golfer pants with your fellow golfers and industry friends!

We will start the day with a light continental breakfast before the four-person best ball tournament begins. Participants will have numerous chances to win prizes and more importantly, bragging rights!

  • 9:00 – 10:45am – Continental Breakfast –
    • Grab and Go – muffins, donuts, fruit, granola bars, etc.

Contest Rules

  • Four person scramble format – Men play from ORANGE tees and women play from SILVER tees
  • Dress code policy: Not permitted on the golf course or in the clubhouse are blue jeans (denim), tee shirts, tank tops or short shorts, shirts must be tucked in at all times.
  • All players must hit tee shot
  • Select best shot – All players hit one shot from selected location – continue hitting best ball from selected location until ball is in the hole – No gimmie putts
  • Ball must be played within one club length of locations of selected best ball. Putts must be played from location of selected best ball
  • Selected best ball in trap or rough must be played from trap or rough
  • After all players have hit their tee shots, the team selected the best tee shot (NOT necessarily the longest drive). The remaining members of the foursome pick up their tee shots and hit their second shots from the selected position
  • Ball may be placed – This procedure is followed on all subsequent shots until the team has holed out. This, of course, gives the team its low ball score. (Each putt must be played from the exact spot of the putt selected)
  • On completion, please turn in your scorecard to the registration table in the main dining room
  • Three putt maximum : Each team is allotted only Three putt attempts, If the ball is not holed after three putts, the ball will be picked up and a stroke added to the hole score. This is to ensure pace of play. The two putt max rule only applies to the green.

Tournament Rules

  • Separate flights and prizes for the Best All – Men Teams, Best All – Women Teams, and Best Mixed Teams
  • Long Drive Contests : To qualify, tee shot must be on the fairway
  • Closest to the Hole Contest : To qualify, tee shot must be on the green
  • Do NOT drive on tee boxes!
