Exporting Data from the MLS

Do you want to up your game when it comes to real estate data? Here’s a great intro class. Bring your laptop (necessary for this class), and let’s geek out.
The goal is to learn how to set up a custom export in MLS and see neighborhood data differently. This can help with sharing market trends with clients, understanding what is happening in the neighborhood, and even giving you some content to share on social media.
Don’t forget your laptop.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The instructor is an Excel expert, but exporting data from MLS and using spreadsheets can also work in both Google Sheets and Apple. The instructor does not have expertise with those other systems. It is very possible we will be able to troubleshoot any issues in the class because someone usually knows how to use those other systems (we’ll be doing basic stuff), but the instructor cannot guarantee that to be the case if you are using Sheets or Apple.
