BBQers may arrive as early as 8am to begin set-up and cooking. We give a wide range of time so our BBQers have plenty of cook time and can utilize this time to scatter their cook times.

Calling all Grillmasters & BBQ lovers! We want you! Join us for a BBQ Cook off with a cash prize for the crowd favorite BBQ!
Bring your kids to this Family Friendly event! All ages are welcome and 5 and under are free! We will have several fun activities for your little ones to jump start their weekend!
Adults will get to sample all the yummy BBQ (+ side dishes) and use their vendor passport to visit the vendor and get a chance to win a raffle prize.
The BBQer Ticket will get you a chance to win the grand cash prize OR join us as a vendor and share your business with the community.

Vendors
Vendors will receive a 6x6 table, 2 chairs, and 2 entry tickets that include a plate of BBQ . Guests receives a vendor passport in which they visit each vendor to get a stamp and turn in for a raffle. Be sure to bring your company easy up, marketing materials, and any swag to give out. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
3:30 PM – 4:00 PM | Doors Open
Registration will begin at 3:30pm and BBQers will not begin service until 4pm. Anyone to arrive early may enter and participate in all other activities such as vendor passport raffle, face painting, outdoor activities or get a drink at the bar if you’re an adult!
4:00 PM – 6:00 PM | People’s Choice Tasting & Voting
Each ADULT Ticket will get you a red people’s choice ticket upon entry. You will then visit each BBQer tent and sample one of their delicious ribs. Once you have tried all entries, review your choice of best rib and vote at that BBQers tent. The playing field has been made equal between the BBQers, ensuring a fair competition. It’s the people’s choice that helps determine which BBQers cooking skills make THE BEST BBQ!!
6:00 PM – 6:30 PM | Celebrity Judge Tasting & Voting
The Celebrity Judges have been determined based on their level of appreciation for BBQ. Each Judges will be presented with a blind entry for each of the BBQers. Staff will pickup and deliver the entries and give no information on who’s rib they may be tasting. The Judges will have a score sheet and give scores based off of each ribs taste, tenderness, and appearance. These celebrity judges have a diverse palate and help us determine which is THE BEST BBQ!
4:40 PM – 6:30 PM | Dessert Silent Auction
This dessert auction will be silent and have a station where you may bid on delicious desserts for you and your group. Final Bids will need to be placed prior to 6:30pm
6:45 PM | Best BBQ Winner Announced
The votes from people’s choice & scores from the judges get tallied up and the BBQer with the most votes will be announced as Grill Master & Best BBQ. The winner will also receive $500, trophy, entry into next year’s BBQ, and of course bragging rights!! This years trophy is a site to see and we cant wait to see who will WIN!!!
3:30 PM – 7:00 PM | Vendor Fair
Along with the BBQ competition, there will be a Vendor Fair. We want you to see how much our community & local businesses support us. Upon entry each ADULT Ticket will receive a vendor passport that you will take to each vendor and get a stamp. Once you have visited all vendors and have all your stamps, you will rip off the ticket on the end and drop the passport into the raffle drum. Be sure to listen for your number!
