Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for Masters Club Membership, you will need to meet the current year’s qualifying amount, and submit the required documentation to The Sacramento Association of REALTORS® by the annual deadline: the last Friday of January, end of business day, unless otherwise communicated.
Qualifying Amount
$4.5 million in production AND 8 closed ends OR 20 closed ends
Documents Required
Very Important: Before you start the application process, thoroughly read the Masters Club Standing Rules. Incomplete applications can mean Membership Application rejection.
- You must complete all required information and submit payment through the Masters Club Application Form.
- Payment of Masters Club dues is required when submitting a Masters Club application in order to be credited.
- Attach MetroList Report (see Rules and Forms for instructions on how to produce a Masters Club Report from MetroList).
- If applicable – please ensure to submit a New Home/Non-MetroList Sale Verification Form for each new home or non-MetroList sale, along with the required documentation. Additionally, utilize this form if the MetroList printout does not meet the qualifications for the current year.
The rules and forms below are a sample of the information that you may need to provide and/or read:
Masters Club Standing Rules
New Home/Non–MetroList Sale Verification Form
MetroList Masters Club/Top Achiever Report
To make the process of documenting your production easier, the Masters Club Steering Committee and MetroList® have collaborated to create a special report in Prospector.
If this MLS Masters Club report lists the closed sales and total transaction amount and meets our current annual qualification amount, no further reports are needed. If the report alone does not suffice for the qualification amount, you will need to provide more closed sales. Any Non-MetroList and/or New Home sales will need to reported using the form above.
