The Sacramento Association of REALTORS® invites you to an exciting two-day event – C.A.R.’s 2025 Annual Legislative Day and Block Party! Mark your calendars for April 29-30, 2025, and join fellow REALTORS®, community leaders, and C.A.R. leadership at the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center in Sacramento.

Event Highlights

C.A.R. Block Party – April 29 (6:30 PM – 9:00 PM)
Join the Block Party where you’ll, meet C.A.R. leadership team members, hang with your fellow REALTORS®, association executives and community leaders, enjoy fun games and fellowship and more! The Block Party is located on K St. in front of the Convention Center.
C.A.R. Legislative Day – April 30
– C.A.R. Morning Briefing (9am – 11:45am) Please arrive by 8:30 AM so you can check-in to get your name badge and be seated before the 9 AM program begins. Safe Credit Union Convention Center
– SAR’s Local Advocacy Luncheon (12:00pm – 2:30pm) Come join us for lunch at the Aurora Rooftop (1201 J Street) to discover SAR’s advocacy efforts in the community. Enjoy lunch while hearing from insightful speakers, featuring District Attorney Thien Ho and Assemblymember Josh Hoover.
– C.A.R. Capitol Reception (6:30pm – 8:00pm) Please collect your ticket from the RAF Booth during regular hours and be sure to pick up a name badge at the registration booth in order to attend any event. Please Note: To attend this event, you must have contributed $449 to REALTOR® Action Fund in 2025. Need to contribute? Please use this link. Important Disclaimer:

Please Note: Everyone needs to register for these two events, even C.A.R. Directors. If you are not registered with SAR for each event, we will not have extra space. Furthermore, if you do not pick up your badge from the convention center between Monday, April 28 (12 PM – 6 PM) or Tuesday, April 29 (7 AM – 5 PM), you will NOT be able to attend the Legislative Day activities.
