Down Payment Assistance Initiative
This year’s expo will also highlight a new regional Down Payment Assistance Grant Program created through a partnership between the Sacramento Association of REALTORS®, NHORA Greater Sacramento, and AREAA Greater Sacramento.
The program has already secured $75,000 in initial funding, including support from the California Association of REALTORS®, with a long-term goal of raising $1 million to assist 100 first-time homebuyers in the Sacramento region.
Attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about this initiative and other resources that may help reduce the financial barriers to homeownership.
