Renewing Your License after January 2023

  • If you have a renewal date of January 1, 2023, or later, you are required to take both an Implicit Bias and an Interactive Fair Housing course as part of your 45 hours of CE.  (The C.A.R. package contains these.)
  • If you have completed your 45 hours in 2022 with the former CE package and old coursework but your license isn’t required to be renewed until 2023, you will still be required to take these two new courses even if you already have taken the 45 required hours.
  • Anyone with a license expiring prior to January 1, 2023 will be required to take these courses if renewal documentation is submitted late – on or after January 1, 2023. If you renew on time and your renewal date is in 2022, you are not required to take these classes until your next renewal.

Join SAR’s Leadership Academy

In six short months, you can be one of our select Members to graduate from SAR’s Leadership Academy.
Participants gain exposure to a wide variety of SAR’s internal committees, forums, and charitable events while learning about the Association’s external partners like C.A.R., MetroList® and city and county government. Once you’ve completed the Academy, you will be well versed on Association operations and the role leaders play in propelling SAR into the future. While there is no charge, we do ask your commitment to the activities we have planned from April – December.
