New Course Recommendation
Renewing Your License after January 2023
- If you have a renewal date of January 1, 2023, or later, you are required to take both an Implicit Bias and an Interactive Fair Housing course as part of your 45 hours of CE. (The C.A.R. package contains these.)
- If you have completed your 45 hours in 2022 with the former CE package and old coursework but your license isn’t required to be renewed until 2023, you will still be required to take these two new courses even if you already have taken the 45 required hours.
- Anyone with a license expiring prior to January 1, 2023 will be required to take these courses if renewal documentation is submitted late – on or after January 1, 2023. If you renew on time and your renewal date is in 2022, you are not required to take these classes until your next renewal.
